Ongoing and future community involvement, proposal development, and site characterization are encouraged, facilitated, and coordinated by the ANDRILL Science Committee
National Antarctic Science Program Managers from Germany, Italy, New Zealand and USA formally established the M-ASIC to be responsible for all scientific aspects of the MIS & SMS projects.
All ANDRILL science as well as education and outreach activities are coordinated through the Science Management Office.

Logistics and operational requirements are managed by the Science Drilling Office at Victoria University - Wellington, NZ.
Project Manager & Director: Alex Pyne
The Operations Management Office is responsible for project management services for ANDRILL drilling projects, including day-to-day project administration and financial management of ANDRILL funds.
