You must have version 7 installed on your computer. To find out which version of Quicktime you currently
have installed, open Quicktime and select "About Quicktime" under the Quicktime menu bar.
Once you have downloaded the file, unzip it and open in Quicktime.

You must have iTunes installed on your computer to play these files and/or copy them onto your iPod.
Once you have these files downloaded, unzip them and open them in iTunes. To copy onto your iPod, drag the file onto your iPod icon in iTunes.
